At Basementia™ we are concerned about your privacy. That is why we have developed, and strictly implement, the following policy:

All credit and debit card payment transactions take place on PayPal's secure server. (No login or PayPal membership is required.) Your financial details such as credit card numbers are never disclosed to Basementia™; all we know is that you paid, and that's good enough for us!

We require certain information from you for the purpose of conducting business with you. This information includes your shipping information for order delivery, and such contact information as may be required to verify or resolve questions about your order.
Like all server environments, we collect certain statistical data to analyze the flow of website traffic patterns. Nothing about this data is personally identifiable.
If you contact us through our website, we will log your computer's IP address. This is a modest spam prevention tool to block users who abuse our web contact form service.

If you pay us to do so, we will print your information to create promotional business items, which we will then ship directly to you.
In some cases, if you are a very special client, we may send you holiday greeting cards or special offers via US Post. If you ask that we never ever send you mail, we will honor your request and make sure to remove you from any future mailing lists.

We will never sell, share, or otherwise provide any information about you to any third party, unless we are forced to by a signed order from a judge. This latter possibility is purely hypothetical, we don't expect it to ever happen in real life.

You might think you hate spam; but we hate spam even more than you do. Basementia™ does not send unsolicited bulk e-mail, ever. Any e-mail we send to you will be specific to an order or query you have placed with us. Our servers are configured to prevent the sending of bulk mail by us or by our website hosting clients. If we find that one of our clients has created a workaround which allows them to send spam, we will terminate that account immediately. This has never happened.
If you ever receive a spam message which claims to be sent from one of Basementia's domains, please understand that this is a malicious, fraudulent message sent by unprincipled hackers employing forged headers. In essence, a spammer can make a spam message look like it was sent to you from anyone they want: the President of the United States, or yourself, or anyone at all.
