How to Place an Order
with BE Printing
At Basementia™ it is our goal to make the ordering process easy and straightforward.
In order to use our online checkout system, you will need an Internet browser with cookies enabled. Most modern browsers enable cookies by default. Click here for instructions on enabling cookies.
If you have a print-ready file
If you already have a finished graphic file, simply click the appropriate link in the sidebar to go to the web page about the item you want printed. There you can select the quantity you require for your project, and choose paper and color options if available. If you have a modern, JavaScript-enabled browser, the price will re-calculate automatically when you select a new option. Otherwise, click the button that says "re-calculate price" to see the updated price for the item with the options you have selected.
Once you have chosen the best options for your project, select a shipping method lower down on the page. Note that the shipping method will not affect the ship date. Also please note that Alaska and Hawaii customers must choose Expedited shipping.
Once you have selected the shipping method, the system will ask you to upload your file. Please ensure that your file conforms to our file setup guidelines. If you do not have your file at the time you proceed with checkout, you may opt to send your file later; however, if you select this option, please remember that there is a time limit for you to supply the file, in accordance with our terms of use.
After you have uploaded your graphic file, you will have an opportunity to review your order. At this stage, please confirm that the size, colors, quantity and shipping method are correct. Then click the button to continue to the next stage.
The final step is to make a payment. You can pay with a credit or debit card. Payment information is transmitted via SSL protocol and are processed on PayPal's secure servers. This ensures that your sensitive data is shielded from hackers, and your financial information is never supplied directly to our staff. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal. Confirm that your shipping and billing information is accurate, enter your card number, and place the order. You will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirmation that your order has been received. Please allow ten business days for order processing, plus shipping time as determined by the shipping method you have selected.
If you do not have a print-ready file
If you do not have a print-ready file, you can purchase graphic design services from Basementia Design™. We can work with you to develop marketing materials to suit your project and your budget.
Alternatively, if you don't require professional graphic design services, you can easily create a basic layout online at no cost using our convenient online design tool. Just choose the size of the item you want printed, and then you will be able to enter your custom text into positionable text boxes, change the color of the text boxes, change the color of the background, and optionally upload a picture to use as a background image or logo. If you want to use a logo, please be sure it is a high resolution (300dpi) file. (Tip: if you got the image from the headerbar of your company's website, it is NOT a high-resolution file.)
Please note that in order to use the online design tool, you will need a modern Internet browser with JavaScript enabled and a recent version of the Flash Player plug-in. The tool will not function with versions of the Flash Player older than version 10.0.
Once you select the option to export your custom layout, the system will ask you to choose a quantity. After that, you will proceed through the order confirmation and payment steps as detailed above.
Enabling cookies
If you are browsing the Internet with cookies blocked, you will need to change this setting in order for the beprinting.com checkout system to function. To enable cookies in Firefox, choose Tools > Options > Privacy > Exceptions, then delete www.beprinting.com from the list. Click OK, then refresh the web page and click "allow" on the pop-up dialog box. Most other browsers will have menus with a similar name.
