Q: What are your payment terms?
Can I send you my PO?
A: All orders must be paid in advance. No exceptions. We will gladly reference your PO number on your receipt.

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Please allow up to three weeks for the production of your order, plus shipping time. We have a small staff and a small inventory of raw materials. Sometimes stock is backordered; sometimes we have a backlog of existing orders. Things happen and we want to be realistic, so we're not sitting here promising you something we won't be able to deliver. We understand that everyone wants to receive their order yesterday, but our time machine won't start, sorry!!!

Q:What kinds of files do you accept?
