Q: What are your payment terms?
Can I send you my PO?
A: All orders must be paid in advance. Sorry, we do not accept purchase orders in lieu of payment. As they say, "Money speaks louder than words."

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Although we make every effort to ship all orders as soon as possible, please allow ten business days for the production of your order, plus shipping time.

Q:What kinds of files do you accept?
A: For best results, send a print-ready CMYK .pdf file made from the best version of your source file. For more detailed information, please see our file setup page.

Q: I set up my layout in Word/Excel/some other program. Can I send it to you as-is?
A: No, but you can easily convert many popular file formats to .pdf at no cost using the free OpenOffice.org software suite.

Q: I don't have a layout and I can't afford a graphic designer, but I just need something really simple.
